The work. The process. the point.

Therapy with me is collaborative, challenging, and built around your real life — not an idealized version of it.

We start wherever you are, even if that’s unsure, stuck, angry, or numb. I won’t hand you a checklist or push you before you’re ready—but I will help you get honest, stay curious, and push forward when it matters.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating the layered, often overlapping struggles of:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Grief and loss that won’t stay quiet

  • Depression that keeps coming back

  • ADHD and executive functioning overwhelm

  • Phobias and avoidance spirals

  • Autism (late-identified, self-identified, or diagnosed)

  • Life transitions that hit harder than expected

  • Feeling stuck, numb, or “too much”

Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time, we’ll build a process that fits you. I use proven tools—like CBT, trauma-informed care, ERP, TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered work—but I don’t apply them rigidly. Your therapy should feel like it’s built for you, not pulled from a textbook. I don’t do passive therapy. If you’re ready to show up and engage, I’ll meet you there every time.
